About Mamacita

Mamacita came in to the Humboldt County Animal Shelter with six newborn pups and did a fabulous job of taking care of them in a less-than-ideal situation at the shelter. Her pups have all been adopted and she is currently roommates with her buddy Aries in a Redwood Pals foster home. She is a friendly and playful dog. with a sunny personality. Mamacita loves to fetch and is very good about returning the ball and dropping it at your feet. She is about two and loves to play, whether it is running and wrestling or fielding a great game of fetch and drop. We have found her to be quite the good little gopher hunter too. Mamacita is a nice petite Pittie size, about 40-50 pounds. She is not a good candidate for a home with cats.
