Frank is a 12 month old German Shepherd mix. He weighs 30 lbs, gets along well with other dogs and is 100% house trained. Frank came to us from Tijuana, Mexico. A group of students found him sitting in a ditch, immobile. The kids felt compassion for him and since he was only 3 months old they reached out for help instead of taking him to their local shelter where he would have been euthanized.
