About Aphrodite

Shreveport, LA Meet Aphrodite, this girl is a ham. It took a couple of days for her to warm up to her foster parents, but once she did, you couldn't keep her away. She is especially attached to her foster mom and spends most of her time at her side. Aphro likes to play Houdini at times. We haven't found a collar that she won't find her way out of, so we take it off of her when it's not in use. She also figured out how to get out of her outdoor play area. She prefers to sneak out, swim in the pond, play with her foster brothers, and sleep on the front porch. Aphro is kind and gentle. She will try and sit in your lap if you let her. Like her lifelong friend Aries, Aphro loves her crate. She will sneak in it anytime the door is left open. She is house broken, and does great with children. When Aphro first came to her foster home, she was very scared of men. Her foster dad has spent lots of time with her to help her get past this fear. She has never been aggressive, even when she is scared. She has been great with the kittens, but is a little too interested in the horses. This girl loves to be loved on. Any family would be blessed to have her. She hopes to find a home with a male dog as she lost her best firend back in December and has been lost without him.
