About Drake

Drake is a black lab mix that regularly was picked up by Animal Control until he came to stay with us last year thanks to the support of a local family. Drake is nice and calm- he is a couch potato without a couch. Drake lives at the Department of Juvenile Justice Atlanta Youth Development Facility and is trained by the youth there. He was chosen to participate by the Rescue 2 Restore program and selected for his outstanding temperament and willingness to learn. He has been through basic obedience training with the youth at the Atlanta YDC facility and are ready to find his forever home. Drake knows sit, down, come, shake, and walks well on a leash.
