About Marty

Marty is an energetic, cuddle loving dachshund/terrier mix. He is about 3 years old, neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and micro-chipped. He loves to chase the birds and squirrels, then lay down in your lap for an evening of napping. He does ok on walks, but is better with a harness than just a collar, he knows sit, stay, and down, and is learning how to sit pretty and shake. He is not big into toys, but will occasionally run after them, only to drop them halfway back to you. He is a terrier at heart, and loves to nose around the yard and check out what is going on around him. He loves to curl up next to you, give kisses, and just be with you. He is good with kids, other dogs, house trained, and kennel trained, though he does not love the kennel, he does not have any accidents while in there.
