About Mufasa

Mufasa came to us after being dumped at the shelter at just 5 weeks old. Clearly terrified. We have been slowly bringing this beautiful boy to 'his' comfort level. While his siblings have all been adopted, Mufasa is special. He keeps to himself, plays alone (when you aren't watching) and prefers to hang out alone on his cat tree. About 5 times out of 10, he will let you pet him, though he closes his eyes tight, while purring, as if he just can't trust. Mufasa will require a patient home, allow him to just 'be'. No force, quiet and no pressure. He doesn't bite or scratch, just wants to be in his own head. It's his safe place.
