About Boo Ranger

Meet Boo Ranger!! Boo is a 2 year old male Papillon Long Haired Chihuahua mix. He is just the cutest pup! He is fun and loves to play. He is very submissive and loves other dogs. His best friend is a 75lb lab mix. He likes people and kids, but due to his size and temperament he would do best in a home without small children. He is a typical little dog with a typical little dog personality. If he has a very high value treat he will guard it toward other dogs but never toward people. He really needs someone who can take the time to work with him one on one. While he has been in foster we have been working on his training and potty training. He has come leaps and bounds from where he started but he definitely needs someone to keep working with him. When we first got him he was not potty trained and we could not even hold him. He has all the tools now to become an amazing dog now he just needs some patience and time. He is not aggressive in any way and is just sweet as can be. He likes to run and will do zoomies around the yard. We have been working with him because if you don't pay attention to him when you come in the house he will jump up and bite your hands or legs. This is something that still needs work, but has gotten better. He likes to sleep under the covers and with crawl up for snuggles all day long. He wants to be in your lap wherever you are at all times and would make a wonderful lap dog. If someone is out there interested in a work in progress this would be the perfect dog for you. He is so sweet but has been returned once already for bad behaviors. I know there is someone out there who would love to work with this sweet boy and help him reach his full potential.
