Hello there! I am Rollo, but you can call me whatever you want as long as you will love me. I was born in Kentucky. I am about 2.5 years old Rottweiler mix with some smaller dog like a small hound, but it is hard to tell. My Mama did not tell me - maybe she did not want to. I may be a rare breed like the Transylvanian Hound. Quote from the Google where you can see pictures of my breed: 'It is a rare breed that was introduced over 1,000 years ago as a cross between a Magyar hound and Hungarian native dog. This medium-sized dog is a great addition as a family pet, known for being loyal and friendly. This dog breed has a short but dense coat, with a black base color and tan markings along the snout, chest, neck, and feet (%BD%BD%BD'%BD%BD%BD|like a Rottweiler or Doberman%BD%BD%BD'%BD%BD%BD|). This breed is known for its protective ways and is a good addition as a family dog. The Transylvanian Hound is not only loyal, but also intelligent and easy to train. Bred for hunting purposes, the Transylvanian Hound is energetic, requiring daily exercise.' I am up to date on vaccines and I am neutered. I am healthy; fit and I love your attention. I love to be with you, play, walk, run or hike. I am very mature and much attached to my human foster parent or any human that gives me attention. A rescue organization got me out of my jail cell and cleaned me up. I prefer to be the only dog and I am a good guard dog even though I am small. I had hard time getting used to strangers but I am much better now that I have seen many adults. I am best with alpha adult parents. I respond well to dominant personalities, but I am protective of my food. I am not good with small children. I did not like to share any food or attention with small children and any other dogs, but now at the foster home I like to play with some dogs, but I am somewhat selective. I do get along with some dogs, but if you have other dogs I need to be tested with them on neutral ground. I like to pull on a leash because I want to smell and mark everything, but it is more important for me to be near you when you give me attention. It means the world to me. I can be at home in a crate for a long time, but I much prefer to be with humans all the time. I get warmed up to people, but I am protective of my master. I hope you can give me a loving home without small kids where I can feel safe. Will you give me love and care? Will you be my fur-ever family? In return, I will give you my unconditional love and sing for you. I am really a good boy and I deserve to be loved and I want to love you in return. Will you give me my new home for the rest of my life? Thank you, thank you, and thank you! I already feel I have a better chance at life!
