Jabo was found in the middle of the road in the midst of a huge storm tightly entangled in rusty chains with his gf Marty (also available for adoption). His collar was so tight that it had rubbed his neck raw. Jabo and Marty were severely neglected but responded to their rescuers with kisses and tail wags. This kind hearted boy is all muscles and cuddles and would make any home a happy one. He is already crate trained, sits, and is still working on leash training.
