About Earl

Earl is a 2 year old male Great Dane who came to WEGDR as an owner surrender due to being difficult and unruly. after arriving, it was very clear Earls issues stemmed from not being socialized enough as a puppy and being crated far too long every day. We have been working with Earl ever since his arrival. He is a very large male and absolutely gorgeous, but he will most definitely need a specialized home so please pay extra attention to his listed needs before applying to adopt Earl! Earl will do best in a home with Great Dane experience, a fenced in yard, no other pets and no young children. Continued training will be in his best interest after adoption. We are looking for a family that is very knowledgeable of the Great Dane breed and who understands Earls limitations and will not put him into situations that are uncomfortable with him.
