About Jackson

My name is Jackson and I am a BIG boy. They say I am an Akita mix - I guess that means I am double special! I am tall and well over 80 pounds! That just means there is more of me to love and I am a lover boy! My favorite things are long walks on the beach, just kidding, I have never been to the beach before but, if you want to, I am game. I will do anything you want to do and I LOVE LOVE LOVE water! My rescue gives me puppy pools in the summer with misters and I LOVE IT! I lay down and try to eat the water, they say I am a silly boy. I also love ice cubes - toss me one, you'll see. I pretty much love everything about water! I love to play with toys - any toys. I know how to catch a Frisbee and play with balls. I love stuffed animals too. I am down with car rides - anywhere you want to go, I would love to go too. I know how to sit, stay and shake. Also, I promise I will try really hard to learn anything else you want to teach me. The rescue says I have not lived with another dog however, but did used to play with other dogs and might be willing to share my home with a submissive larger breed female dog companion. My favorite would be to have you all to myself though! I am seven years young and super healthy and have a lot of love to give so please fill out an application and come meet me!
