About Rumi

Tags above don't register-Rumi is a saved cat (5 yrs) from a shelter-He's smart-knows commands and is loving-but he is extremely vocal. I tried to undo what his previous owners messed up with him and have made some progress-but he will vocalize continuosly at a high lever for hours. He's been declawed on all 4 legs. He needs companionship although I don't have other animals I'm home most of the time and he responds to that attention.
