Vinnie was allowed to roam at his old home, so unfortunately he did not have a bright future. He has had multiple injuries (and even porcupine quills in his face!) from being homeless and vulnerable outside. He is now in a foster home waiting for his forever home. He's playful, snuggly, and very social! He has been around both small and large dogs. He tries to initiate play with small dogs, so he would be great in a home with cat friendly canines as long as they're introduced slowly. If you aren't familiar with FIV: 'The virus is transferred through bite puncture wounds or from an infected mom to her babies. Since the virus isn't airborne or transmitted through shared bowls or litter boxes, as long as there aren't serious scuffles between cats, the virus usually doesn't spread. Humans, dogs and other animals can't get it, either.' Read more here: http://bestfriends.org/resources/fiv-and-felv-faqs
