Billy has no known health problems is a sweet cat. He comes from a home where the other cat continues to spray and the owners are unable to continue care for the cats due to a personal issue. Billy (and their other cat, Cha Cha) have been with the family since they were kittens. The family is quite sad to have to see this happen.
