About Amelia

Meet Amelia. Amelia arrived at rescue with 6 newly born puppies. She's been a super mom and the pups are doing great. Amelia was in good shape. But she had been seen on the loose for some time. Fortunately, she was able to be in a safe place to raise her puppies. Amelia is strong and determined. Amelia's way or the highway! All she wants is to be included and part of the fun. She heels her person closely during off leash pack hikes and gets along nicely with the rescue pack (and visiting dogs too!). Cats unknown at this time. She is affectionate, loyal, and beautiful to say the least. She is looking for a strong, active pack leader to keep her brain and body engaged. She's on mama duty until October 13th, but can be reserved in advance. Amelia is a 2 year old Aussie mix. She is microchipped, UTD on vaccines, and can go home on a spay contract.
