About Sabrina

Sabrina is a 2.5-year-old, 5-pound Pomeranian with a soft chocolate coat that feels like velvet. She is a shy girl who is still learning what it means to be loved. While she will not come to you on her own yet, once picked up she melts into your arms and tucks her head under your chin as if she is searching for safety. She accepts gentle pets and is slowly discovering that affection can feel good. Her eyes tell the story of a dog who wants love but is still unsure how to ask for it. Sabrina has perfect puppy pad habits and chooses a designated spot at the far end of her pen. Her foster recently celebrated a milestone when Sabrina wagged her tail for the first time, a small but meaningful sign of her progress. She does well with other dogs, cats, and calm children who give her space to adjust. Sabrina has luxating patellas (grade 2), but they are not causing her pain or lameness. They simply need to be monitored over time. She is fully vetted including an examination, spay, dental, core vaccinations, negative heartworm test, dewormed, and microchipped. Sabrina will thrive with a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. With consistency and kindness, she will blossom into a devoted little companion.
