They're not super bonded as in they don't always sleep together but they often do and are bonded. The police officer was on a call and the citizen said that there was no mom and the other kittens had died. Lucky for these two little ones, our police officer friend grabbed them up and brought them to us. We've been fostering them since and they are ready to have their forever home.
