Meet Koda! Part Pomeranian, part husky, Koda is a 4-5 year old female Pomsky. Sadly, her owner died. Since it was just the two of them, Koda needs a new home. Since she was a baby, she lived with just one person. After her owner passed, she lived with a family that had older children. She was with them for a month or two. Koda has never had any structure or training, but she is very smart and seems very receptive to learning! Koda is very sweet and loving to her humans! She is very social, and loves going for rides in the car! When it comes to other dogs, she needs some work. Never living with cats or dogs, she is now living with a house full! At times she seems okay, and other times she starts trouble, growling and started a fight. But, this is just what we see in the less than one day we have had her! Koda has been through a lot lately so it's very hard to say how she will react after she has had some time to get acclimated to another new living situation, especially one with lots of other animals! At only 36 lbs., this furry fluff ball is full of energy! This girl can run and would probably make a great companion for someone who likes to run as well! Even though she's on the smaller side, she would probably be great for going on some serious hikes or long walks! She does pull on the leash, but that can be worked on! Koda is spayed, heart worm negative, and up to date on vaccines. If interested in adopting Koda, please text Loretta at 203-241-2351.
