Courtesy Posting: URGENT- LONG BEACH, CA (S CAL)- GORGEOUS, PETITE, FRIENDLY FEMALE AND MALE CHOW PUPPY SIBLINGS 'GUS GUS' AND 'CHA CHA' ARE IN NEED OF A LOVING, RESPONSIBLE HOME or FOSTER AND RESCUE ASAP W/ BREED EXPERIENCE/PRIOR OWNERSHIP, owner cannot keep much longer Please help us find a loving, chow savvy home for handsome Gus Gus and beautiful Cha Cha, approximate 10 month old, 38 lb chow siblings expected to be approximately 45 lbs. We were contacted to assist with their placement, a who may be adopted separately or together. The owner's friend left these puppies with them approximately 5 months ago, and they do not unfortunately have time for these dogs, nor the money to care for them. Both dogs need entropion surgery so we are looking for either an adopter who can take this on, or a foster or foster to adopt we can then refer to a rescue group to possibly help with medical. The owner reports, 'Gus Gus is extremely extroverted and loves EVERYONE. He is extremely affectionate and loves to follow you everywhere and loves to snuggle and lick you. He has never bitten anyone. He is extremely gentle and will try to hug you every chance he gets. Cha cha is extremely loving and friendly. She is friendly with other children, strangers, and other dogs. She loves being around people. She has not been around cats before. She is very mellow and loves belly rubs. . She is extremely gentle and only gives kisses and snuggles.' The owner reports they are both potty pad trained in the house and never bitten anyone, and also provided nice video of the two pups with Gus Gus giving kisses to Cha Cha. Gus Gus and Cha Cha are just being neutered and spayed, and are current on vaccinations. However, the vet advised to wait to do his entropion surgery when they are fully grown.
