Tulip is an adorable well-trained 4-year-old female corgi. She is loves to play Frisbee and fetch. She has a history of food resource guarding as a puppy, but now typically only guards from other dogs. She also can have aggression upon waking if not in her crate. Unfortunately, Tulip has developed more aggressive behaviors due to fear and anxiety with the addition of a baby in the home. Tulip is interested but very afraid of children. She was previously friendly to adults but is now exhibiting fear and aggressive behaviors like growling, showing teeth, and snipping. She has bitten her owners previously. She walks well with her training collar, but is extremely reactive to people and dogs. Tulip can be at her best with consistent leadership and structure from her owners in a home without other dogs or children. She is a sweet girl and would be a project for someone up for a project.
