Meet Cakes (A282994) This 2-year-old German Shepherd mix is as beautiful inside as he is outside - and he's been melting hearts at the shelter since June 2025! Cakes is truly a hidden gem. He's been nothing but sweet to staff and volunteers, walks nicely on a leash, and takes his treats ever so gently. His soft fur, happy personality, and love for splashing around in the water make him such a joy to be around. He could use a little extra weight, but that just means he's ready to be spoiled with love and good meals in his forever home. Currently, Cakes is sharing a kennel with a nice female dog and is doing well! As always, we recommend bringing your pup in for a meet-and-greet to ensure a great match.
