I am reaching out with a heartfelt request regarding our beloved dog, Mylo, a 6-year-old Beagle/Lab mix we rescued at 12 weeks old. Mylo is loyal, affectionate, and loves to sniff, run, and explore-true to his natural hunting instincts. He does very well with other dogs and people in structured environments such as daycare, where he enjoys socializing. Unfortunately, he has become increasingly anxious at home due to the presence of our young child. He struggles around small children and has nipped at our 4-year-old, creating stress for everyone. He is also protective in the home, making visitors difficult. For these reasons, we have come to the painful conclusion that our home is no longer the right fit for him. We believe Mylo would thrive in an experienced, child-free home with space to run, where he can live safely and happily. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but our only goal is to ensure he has the chance for a full and happy life. Thank you for considering our request. I would be glad to provide any additional details about Mylo's history, health, or temperament, and to assist in any way with his transition. With gratitude, Vanessa & Family
