Female, Gray and Tan Cane Corso. Scheduled Euthanasia Date: 09/16/205!! Shelter: East Valley, Age: 3 years, Weight: 107lbs. Has been at the shelter since 08/31/25. Reason for euthanasia: Petunia has been observed showing severe kennel, standing at the front of her kennel, barking, growling, and snarling. Volunteer notes: Petunia came in as a stray less than 2 weeks ago and has since been kept in the back. According to notes has made improvements coming out of kennel - still fearful but is less defensive / avoidant. Appears to be house trained and is warming up to people taking her out and solicits affection. Originally anxious but tolerant she has made great progress, noted to be social and playful in her last two playgroups.
