��%90%BE Meet Scout! ��%90%BE This handsome boy is Scout, a 4 month old Border Collie mix with the sweetest personality! Scout is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered prior to adoption. Scout is a typical puppy-playful, curious, and oh-so-loving. He's currently working on his potty training and crate training, and with his young age, he's still learning the ropes. He gets along well with other dogs and loves being around people. Scout thrives on companionship and isn't a fan of being left alone. �s%A0��%8F Like any puppy, Scout is going through his 'shark teeth' phase, so beware-he'll try to chew on just about anything while he's teething! Chew toys are definitely a must for this little guy. Scout does well with kids, but because he's still learning his manners (he jumps when he's excited), we recommend a home with children 10 and up. ���� One important thing to note: Scout does need to be fed separately from other dogs. Before coming into rescue, he wasn't properly cared for and had to fight for his food. Because of this, he developed some resource guarding around food and will growl or try to protect his meals. His future family will need to continue working with him on this to ensure safe and positive progress. This outdoorsy boy LOVES being outside and would do great with an active family who enjoys walks, hiking, or trips to the park.
