About Marlin-Havanese Mix!

Hi I'm Marlin! I'm a little puppy estimated at 9 weeks old as of early Sept surrendered by my owner. My rescue was informed I'm a Havanese/Poodle mix, but I don't have any of those papers that humans like so it is not something that can be guaranteed. I landed at Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue as a vulnerable little 5 week old puppy, but I'm healthy and strong now and ready for my forever family. My adoption fee is more than the other puppies and dogs at my rescue, but I'm told that I'm a more 'desirable' puppy than my other friends who are not as fortunate as me and will be at the rescue much longer than me waiting for their forever home. My adopter will know that their fee will be helping support the other 200 or so animals at the rescue and not lining a breeder's pockets. My adoption applications will be strictly vetted and my adopter will be contractually bound to neuter me (included in fee, see below) at or around the age of 6 months unless there is a medical reason not to. Absolutely no exceptions! My adoption fee is $1,500 and includes vet check, deworming, up to date shots, microchip and neuter (when I'm closer to 6 months old at one of my rescue's vets in Ft Myers, Port Charlotte or Naples).
