Chai is located in a high kill shelter in Castaic, California. The LA shelters are in severe overcrowding conditions and are euthanizing young healthy dogs at an alarming rate!! Please save him!!! If you think she looks a lot like Toffee, #A5724150, you're not wrong! They both were found near the same location and both in bad shape. But the friendliest pups! Chai seems to have beginning obedience skills and walks nicely on leash. Chai is a bit shy and the behavior team has designated her as calm dogs required and adult home required.
