Hugo is a sweet and silly dog who is guaranteed to make you laugh. He does have some separation anxiety and would do best in a home where he is seldom left alone. Hugo is a friend to all and has never met an animal or person he couldn't befriend. Hugo is fully up-to-date on all vaccines and has had annual vet visits his entire life with no health concerns. Hugo loves being outside and would do well with a fenced in yard.
