About Daxter in Findlay

All questions should be directed to Daxter's foster at [email protected] ** Daxter was a stray that came to the Humane Society and ASPCA of Hancock County in Findlay, Ohio a few months ago. He's around 10 years old. We took him into our home to foster about 3 weeks ago. He is a typical spunky Jack Russell. Spins in circles when he gets excited and LOVES going on walks. He is a true velcro dog that will follow you everywhere, demand to be picked up and will want to be on your lap or next to you on the couch. He will cry/whine when you leave so probably not great for apartments. Like a lot of JRTs he does get reactive when on walks or when company comes over so you have to make sure he doesn't nip at anyone. He definitely used to be well loved before the shelter life. He's been great with potty training and knows what he's doing. He knew how to get up the dog steps to our bed as well. He needs to be king of the castle and doesn't really enjoy sharing the space with the resident Beagles. Please help us find his person that will spoil him relentlessly and love him forever.
