Meet young Theodore! This pup is not startled by loud noises or thunder. Theo loves water and is becoming an amazing dog. He is a sweet and playful Border collie Heeler mix pup. He's landed a great foster home and is learning all good things for his furever home. Not only that, but he loves to cuddle with his people. Theo is a little shy, but he is coming around under his current foster and learning that new people aren't scary. He is housebroken and getting use to riding in a car.
