I rescued Freddie 1.5 weeks ago after he had been running around Dandridge, looking for his people. He is not microchipped, and I have not found his owner. I did get him vaccinated and neutered. Very sweet, just wants to be loved, but does have high energy. He is heartworm positive and will need to be treated. He needs a loving forever home. He is approximately 35# and 3-4 yrs of age.
