She is just a puppy who is confused and scared in the shelter environment, where it is loud and noisy. She needs an angel to foster her and show her a safe place where she can learn to trust. She didn't like the leash at first but is learning, but not fast enough for this place. She did walk on it to the play yard finally!! She think it's fun to run around and avoid the leash and people. She thinks they're playing! She is just a puppy and no one showed her the way yet. Food seems to be the way to her heart. So make sure you have plenty of that. It is noted by finders that she was not aggressive towards people or other dogs but would chase kitties in the neighborhood. She needs a patient foster home that is quiet and willing to help her come out of her shell and show her the ropes she was never taught. This place is just too scary for her. Can you help her?
