About Kizmet

This adorable young male (est. 1 year old) was rescued from living as a stray for at least two months on the streets around Bakersfield. He is young and full of potential, likes children, is very dog-social and incredibly sweet but he's a bit skittish. When he first arrived, he was tough to catch. A skillful and patient team of trappers was able to capture him. We thought he would be wild and a challenge to train but his behavior has been a pleasant surprise. He's currently doing very well with a wonderful foster in Burbank. He's housebroken and follows her everywhere. Kizmet is quickly learning how great a secure, loving, fun life can be.
