She was surrendered by her breeder because she is blind. Chloe doesn't know that she is blind and doesn't let it get in her way. Her sense of smell and hearing are so good that people have trouble believing she can't see. She is about knee high. Chloe loves people and other dogs. Her favorite activities include: digging holes, eating flowers, playing with other dogs, people, toys, being held or carried, eating, chasing birds and sleeping on her person's lap (all in that order.)
