Sploots is a sweet, wiggly boy who LOVES treats and people. He is a happy boy who's wagging his little tail nonstop. He is very affectionate and leans into pets. He likes attention and to be close to his people. He ignores other dogs in the shelter. He walks well on leash. Sploots loves food and treats. When offered a little snack he takes treats gently. Sploots is a happy, sweet guy but his time is almost up. He needs a committed foster to make it out alive.
