About Leia

Leia is an 8-month-old Great Dane/Mastiff mix with a gentle heart and a playful spirit. We brought her home at 6 months old, and she has been a loving part of our family ever since. She's especially great with our 6-year-old child and loves to cuddle, play, and be around her people. Unfortunately, Leia hasn't adjusted well to our senior dog and cat, and we've come to the very hard decision that she's not the right fit for our multi-pet household. She also has some behavioral challenges that we are not equipped to manage, and we believe she would thrive in a home with more structure, training, and preferably no other pets. Leia is not yet spayed, but she will be soon. She would do best with someone who understands large breeds and can give her the time, consistency, and space she needs to grow into her full potential. Leia truly is a good dog, loving, loyal, and full of promise. We just want to find her the home where she can be her best self.
