About Sheba

German Shepherd mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

**Urgent / Foster or Adopter Needed ** Introducing SHEBA who is currently enrolled in a training program that's been a wonderful experience for this curious girl who loves to learn. She has truly blossomed and is hoping to find a forever home soon. Not ready to adopt? This lovely girl **Needs a Foster Home**. This beautiful, smart shepherd ended up at Harbor Shelter after being picked up as a stray. She is affectionate, funny, loves belly rubs, playing fetch, and walks at the park. Sheba also enjoys car rides especially if they involve a Costco run for pizza and ice cream. Sheba would be best in a home where she gets the mental stimulation and continued training she'll need to thrive. She is big-dog friendly. She can get jumpy when excited so no frail, older adults or children. Sheba can be wary of new people and may need time and space to warm up to them. She'd benefit from adopter who has experience with German Shepherds/guardian breeds and understands the breed's innate needs as well as the needs of a shelter dog. *FOSTER to ADOPT* an option!
