Meet Kasby! *Please read full bio* Age: 9 weeks, approx birthdate 7/1/25. Breed: border collie mix. Size: approx 6bs at this time, we believe he will be about 40-45ish lbs. Training: working on leash and crate training. They are just pups and will need continued guidance and training. Good with dogs/cats? Yes to both. Good with men/women/kids? Yes. Personality: friendly, affectionate, and playful. Reason for rescue: owner release, mom was hit by a car and they needed assistance with the pups. The pups are microchipped, and current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives. They will be required to be spayed/neutered before 6 months of age. More about Kasby! Kasby is a sweet and playful pup with a heart full of love. He came to us at just 3 weeks old after his mom was tragically hit by a car, and he has been showing his brave spirit ever since. Kasby was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), a neurological condition that affects balance and coordination. The good news is that CH is not progressive, it will never get worse. In fact, many pups like Kasby improve as they grow, and he's already made wonderful progress! While he's still a little wobbly, it doesn't slow him down one bit. He eats and drinks just fine, and he LOVES to run, play, and zoom around with his friends. Ne adores attention, giving kisses, and snuggling up to anyone who will love her back. He's great with both people and other dogs, making him the perfect companion for a family who will embrace her just the way he is. Kasby's wobble is part of his charm, and he's looking for someone with a big heart who sees him for the happy, playful, affectionate pup shhe truly is. Could that be you?
