Unfortunately her rescuer passed in December 2024, so she is looking for a home where she can strut her stuff and show off her quirky personality! Tessa's got a heart as big as her energy! She may be a bit bashful at first-think of her as the shy kid at a dance party-but once she warms up, she'll steal your heart with her affectionate wiggles and goofy antics. This clever girl knows a handful of commands, including 'sit,' 'kennel,' and 'sofa'. And don't let her mild-mannered demeanor fool you; she's a fast learner and always eager to impress! When it comes to socializing, Tessa has seen it all! She's mingled with both large and small dogs, but let's just say she's got a bit of a herding instinct when it comes to the little ones. Also, keep the kiddos aged under 10 at a safe distance; Tessa prefers her friends to be a bit more grown-up! Adventure is Tessa's middle name!
