We're reaching out on behalf of our kennel facility regarding a sweet pup named Dash who was sadly dumped at our location back in May. While he's safe with us for now, a kennel is no place for a dog to live long-term, and we are doing everything we can to find him a loving home. Dash is a 4.5-year-old pitty who is up-to-date on all vaccinations and heartworm negative. He has a wonderful balance of playful energy and a love for lounging-he's just as happy chasing toys as he is being a couch potato. In his previous home, he lived with a sibling and did great, so we know he's capable of coexisting with other dogs. However, he can be a bit snippy around unfamiliar dogs at first, though nothing has ever been aggressive or harmful. It's just something to be mindful of during introductions. His compatibility with cats is currently unknown. We've exhausted all local resources and rescue groups, including Dallas Pets Alive and The Love Pit, and have promoted him across every platform we can think of-but we've had no luck. We are hoping your organization might be able to help, whether it's through exposure, networking, or potentially finding a foster for him. Please let us know if there's anything you can do or recommend. Dash deserves a second chance, and we're committed to doing whatever we can to make that happen. Thank you so much for your time and support!
