About Blue

Blue's landlord has decided against larger dogs and no longer wants him in the home. His family has until early September to find placement, but the landlord may allow a short extension if it's clear he's in foster through a rescue. He is an American Pitbull Terrier/Border Collie mix who will turn 3 on October 31. He's very healthy, neutered, and up to date on all shots. He's crate trained, knows sit, come, and off, and is working on stay. He's been socialized from a young age living in downtown Huntington Beach, so he's great at the beach, around people, and with other dogs. This sweet boy loves dogs and would thrive with a canine friend. Cats should be fine too-he's more shy than anything when he's seen them. He's also friendly with kids, though he may need reminders to stay down when he gets excited. He is very treat-motivated, eager to please, and happiest when he's at the beach playing and making new friends. Please help us find him a safe foster, rescue, or forever home. He's too good of a dog to end up without a place to go
