[Read About Natural Seizure Care] Alaskan Malamute (mix) Age: 3-4 Neutered Vaccines up to date 1st owners not too much known for first 2 years of life other than abandoned and left him unattended. As much as I love my dog, my unstable work traveling is causing a lot of stress due to Separation Anxiety. He knows few commands like sit, crate, down, bed, and peepee (potty). Would work best with other dogs since he is a pack breed, but I have had him solo just fine. He is well behaved compared to most Malamutes / Huskies and doesn't escape if the door is open. In fact, he loves staying inside. He doesn't do too well left alone for too long nor left unattended outside of a crate. If you leave him for a few hours - putting a blanket over his crate calms him the best, and he can chill no problem. It is very unfortunate that my change in lifestyle being away nearly every weekend for days and lack of support system gives him the attention and stability he needs since. He needs lots of exercise, but it's not the end of the world for him if you miss a walk session. He loves to sleep and cuddle with you, and he is a funny boy. He is very into puzzle toys and long chew treats. He's not so much a fetch type of dog, but he knows how to do it. He is usually a quiet dog as well once he gets accommodated. He did cry initially when I adopted him, but once he opens up to you, he is quiet. So quiet that sometimes when he walks, he's like a ninja. He is very good with other humans, animals, and kids/babies. Our pet sitter has other dogs she sits and a toddler that he gets along with and he's even gentle with kittens and cats my friends owns. Please give him the love and attention he deserves that I unfortunately can not give to him.
