OSMAN's head tilt is asking why. He's wondering why he is still in this loud over-crowded shelter? Why has no one come and picked him yet? Why has his forever family not found him yet? He has GREAT leash tests with several other dogs so doggie siblings are a good possibility! All very good questions. Why has OSMAN been at CACC since July 6th with no one picking him to take him home. HIS TIME IS RUNNING OUT and unless someone comes for him soon, his story will END at CACC! Osman has that square body shape that's only cute on four legs. He's not only devastatingly handsome, he's just as nice. Osman is a go with the flow kind of dog, and he wants to always be doing exactly what you are doing! Walking, playing, cuddling...whatever you are doing, OSMAN is right there with you! Isn't it time for you to go and meet him and fall in love with your new BFF. OSMAN thinks it is. Every day between 12-6pm. Adoptions take place 7 days a week, and OSMAN's adoption fees are waived!
