Located in Phoenix Arizona Please apply here Call or text 602-834-4911 or submit app Dogfoster.org He is a 1y White/Tan Chihuahua and weighs 16lbs. He came in with two of his friends on 8/20. He seeks comfort from and stays close to his friends. He feels the calmest calm when he is with his kennel mate and will stay close and snuggle with him. He is easy to leash but seems to prefer to be close to his kennel mate. Flow is trembling with fear in the shelter setting especially when he has to leave his kennel mate. He has shown any aggression but will growl when he is scared. Poor Flow needs a patient, loving, safe foster and maybe a mate, so he can be a puppy again.
