About Mason

Hi, Mason is a pit bull (probably some kind of mix) I don't know for sure. My husband got him 9 years ago. We are now divorced and I have had leg surgery and cannot walk Mason like I used to. My ex does not have his own place and cannot care for him bc of that. Mason has always been good with myself my ex-husband our daughter, my mom and my grandmother. years ago he would be fine when we had friends and family over at our house. However he was not trained properly. I do not believe that he should go to a home with other animals And maybe not even children. I would love to keep Mason, but I've had to move into my grandparents home after the divorce and my grandma had hip surgery two months ago, so Mason cannot be inside the house here. Before the divorce, Mason was an inside dog he always slept in the bed with me and he lived a good life. He likes to swim he likes to go outside for walks and he likes to play with toys and cuddle. He is a beautiful dog that deserves a better life than what I am able to give him at the current time. I am worried about how he would do living with new people. He does better with women than he does with men. I'm not a dog expert, but I wonder if maybe he was trained if he would be fine to go to another home. I definitely want him to live out the rest of his years Happy like he used to be. Please call me if you have any questions.
