Why We're Rehoming Him (With Heavy Hearts): We love Lyric dearly, but he has developed escalating aggression toward one of our other cats. It's become clear that he would be happiest as the only cat or possibly with just one very calm feline roommate. This is an extremely tough decision for us, but our priority is Lyric's happiness & safety (& the peace of both cats). About His Medications: Lyric is currently on Prozac & Gabapentin to help manage stress in a multi-cat household. In a calmer home, he may likely no longer need these medications-or could taper down under the guidance of a Vet. Lyric's Dream Home: A home where he can soak up all the love and attention without competition. Someone who understands cats, & can appreciate both his quirks & his affection. Ideally a quieter environment where Lyric can truly relax & thrive. The Practical Stuff: Neutered, healthy, microchipped, & up to date on his Vet care. Litter box pro, tidy, & well-mannered indoors. Eats a regular diet, no special medical needs beyond current meds (which may not be forever).
