This is Ophelia! He's a rambunctious 1 year old with a heart of gold! Because of his high energy he absolutely needs to be in an aviary, not a cage! He doesn't like being directly handled, but is otherwise very social and loves to spend time with his human! His adoption fee can be negotiated, I just want to make sure he goes to the right home!
