This pregnant female and her three older puppies came through my easement and I captured them. We live in the country with a high level of strays. She came right to me and eats treats right from my hand. I believe she was either abandoned or escaped her previous home. She shows signs of abuse but isn't aggressive. Super sweet but I already have too many animals to keep her. She is due to have her babies soon. Rabies and first round of vaccines given. I don't have a good place for her to have puppies. Most shelters around here are kill shelters and I refuse to put her in a place like that.
