About Lucy

My name is Lucy! I look really big in my pictures - but, guess what? I am not! I am only 17 lbs and I am full grown around 2 years old. We think I am a Rat Terrier mix of sorts; my foster mom says I might have some Dachshund in me too - a DNA test would be fun on me! I am a low maintenance sort of girl. I am great with all dogs; I can lounge with the older ones but play with the younger ones. I am housebroken and a pro at the doggie door. I am also crate-trained. I am friendly with all people and I have played with school aged children, happily! Maybe the most endearing trait to some... I like to sleep in! I will not be the dog to get you up in the morning. I love my beauty sleep so if you want to hit the snooze button, go for it! I am untested with cats. And, yes, I am apartment friendly!
