About River

Meet River, an adorable Border Collie/Aussie mix puppy. River and his siblings were the result of either an accidental litter or an experiment in backyard breeding. These Central Valley kids were shelter or orchard bound if not scooped up by our renegade rescuer. We are seeing to it that mom and dad get sterilized and all these puppies will go home on spay / neuter contracts. It's too bad some of their littermates had already been given away. We'll be rescuing their puppies in a year from now. River is fluffy and sweet as pie, but don't let that fool you, he will need an active, breed savvy home to ensure he remains a good canine citizen.
