About Carmy

MEET CARMY! Carmy is a handsome and sweet 5 month old male German Shepard mix who is as cuddly as he is charming! He is ready for his foster-to-adopt home through PAWS Rescue inc. Foster-To-Adopt means you fill out a foster form with the intent of adopting. Once his neuter is done you would fill out an adoption app. Adoption fee of $375 is applicable at time of approved adoption. (must be between Idaho Falls-Boise to be able to use our vet clinics). Carmy is a mellow and affectionate pup who just wants to be by your side, no matter what you're doing. He's happiest when he's part of the action and makes a wonderful little shadow companion. Carmy is making great progress with crate training-he even puts himself to bed at night! While he can be a bit timid at first, he's getting along beautifully with other dogs, kids, and even chickens. (Cats are still a mystery.) He's working on building confidence on leash and improving every day. Curious and playful, Carmy has a particular fondness for sticks and loves a bit of puppy mischief with his sister. He's doing well with potty training and is incredibly food motivated, which makes training a breeze-just be sure to use a slow feeder at mealtime! *Fenced yard required *Another playful dog in the home required Carmy is ready to find a loving forever family who can offer him toys, treats, and all the affection he deserves.
